This type of collector is non-pressure water heating system, but also have high thermal efficiency in the hot area. It can be used in places with temperature between 0℃ to 40℃. You can connect many collectors to make a solar hot water project to supply large quantity hot water for hospitals, hotels or schools.

Remarks:
1. 47-1500/58-1800 is the diameter and length of the vacuum tubes (mm).
2. Manifold is made of 0.4mm galvanized steel. Inner tank is made of 0.5mm SUS 304 2B food grade stainless steel.
3. Frame is made of aluminium alloy, system include back stand bracket.

Technical Specifications:

1. Manifold casting is made of color steel/galvanized plate, manifold inner shell are made of SUS304 2B food grade stainless steel plates, welded by argon arc. Water is pure and drinkable.
2. Heat insulation of water tanks adopts polyurethane foam, thickness is 10-15mm.
3. Silicon rings to connect and seal them.
4. The tubes and supports are adjustable, power bearing is average, and can assure the vacuum tubes to use for long time.
5. Whole glass vacuum tubes adopt super hard borax and silica glass.

7. Resist 25mm hail, using life can last 15 years.
8. Temperature when exposed to sun without water: 250℃, 2.5 hours to boiling if using single tube.
